Tam is keyperson for Red Group Qualified Level 3

Hi, I’m Tam and I have worked in childcare over the past 15 years and have been here at Rush Green Since April 2021.  I have a level 3 childcare qualification.  I have two children, a boy, and a girl.  My girl attended here recently with me, before starting big school.  When I first walked into the preschool, it was clear to see that it was a caring and friendly environment, and I am now proud to be a part of that!  I love working here..Helping and watching the children grow, and develop over their short time with us is so rewarding!  When I am not working, I love spending time with my family and friends.  I enjoy days out with my children, relaxing days in with them, and I absolutely love a holiday.

Lisa is keyperson for Orange group and studying for Level 3

Hi, I am Lisa and I have been in childcare for many years.  I have two grown up children and I love spending time with my family and friends.  I have been working with your wonderful children since January 2022, I originally started as maternity cover and was offered a great opportunity by the lovely management to stay full time, which I accepted straightaway.  I am now working full time whilst undertaking a level 3 childcare course.  I am key person to orange group, and it is a pleasure to work alongside all your children and being part of a lovely supportive team.

Sarah is keyperson for Green group and studying for Level 3

Hello I’m Sarah.  I started working at Rush Green Preschool in September 2022.  I am currently studying for my Level 3 Early years practitioner qualification.  All three of my children attended Rush Green Preschool and seeing first hand how lovely it was, I was excited to start working here.  The staff are really supportive and so welcoming.  It is great being able to work in a job that means you see children grow into their own little person and know that you’ve played a part in that and all the fun that comes with working with children.  Outside of the preschool I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
